The Day of Wedding Coordination that Erica provided was the perfect addition to our daughter's big day. Ericworked with us before the wedding to understand what we wanted and ensured that things went as planned on the day of the wedding. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day without worrying that things were going to get done. Thank you Erica!

Erica was amazing! My daughter had the wedding of her dreams at the Ballard Bay Club thanks to this amazing woman! She is so extremely organized and does not let anything fall through the cracks! We had one major problem 3 weeks before the wedding, the florist we had went bankrupt and closed down. Erica spent countless hours, trying to find a suitable replacement at the last minute. It was a tough task, but somehow she did it. On the day of the wedding Erica, being the extremely organized planner that she is, had a prepared time line and she made sure everyone followed it! There was absolutely no stress for any of the wedding party on the wedding day! It was a magical day thanks to all of her hard work! I would highly recommend Erica as your Day of Coordinator. You will LOVE her!

Erica went above and beyond to make my wedding reception at the Ballard Bay Club the most memorable day of my life. She was very timely in her communication and knew exactly what to do to make sure the day went smoothly. She was great to work with and highly recommend her to coordinate your event.

If it weren't for Erica I would've been lost. I had done a lot of the initial planning myself and then things started happening and I started falling apart especially with covid coming into play. She was very patient, very kind....and with all the words in the dictionary, I still don't think I'd be able to describe how absolutely amazing she is at what she does. The years of experience definitely shows! There was never a moment I felt doubt or uneasy. Everything was perfect on my big day...even with the little hiccups that are bound to happen. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me!  Thank you  so much, for everything!!

Erica was amazing, I actually hired her pre-covid with the anticipation of everything being handled by the event space. However after LOTS of covid changes, she hung in there and was an amazing help with planning from scratch(and in 4 months none the less). She was always available for questions and helping to navigate. Day of, I could NOT have done it without her. She made the process seamless, was a great support to myself and all the other vendors. Thank you Erica!!

It was truly a pleasure to work with Erica leading up to the wedding--there's lots of little details it can be easy to forget, but she made sure we went into our wedding day prepared and did the best job at keeping things moving and on track. Story was AMAZING! She was our day-of coordinator and was the reason that our wedding ran so smoothly. As we were leaving the venue the following day, our venue owners said that our wedding was one of the smoothest they'd ever seen- she’s the reason why! Her magic started with the venue walk-through (included with day-of coordination package). I invited all of the third party vendors. She checked in with all of them and got them aligned with who was doing what and where. After the venue walk-through, she made sure I not only knew what extra things I might want to provide for the big day, but also why they were important. Story was immediately responsive whenever I messaged her with a question, and even messaged me a hand-drawn map of the venue when I realized I forgot how the buffet, band, cocktail tables, portable bathrooms etc. were supposed to be arranged. The day of the wedding, she helped my bridesmaids get everything ready and there was zero stress since she knew exactly what needed to be done. I did all the planning and logistics for the big day myself, but she was able to replace me completely on the day of, since she's so tuned in. I literally sat on the couch with my mom snacking on chocolate in the hours before my wedding, and the day was SO much better because we could relax a bit. Stacey also has a magic bag of emergency items which came in handy before the wedding (extra pins)! As for the wedding itself, Story continued to be amazing. When I forgot a key item DURING the processional, Story flew at what seemed like the speed of light to retrieve it for me so the processional wasn’t even delayed. Then when my husband and I were busy during cocktail hour, she made sure to bring us the appetizers so we got to eat, too. She also made sure I always had a drink if I wanted one. This was on top of making sure that everything was flowing smoothly with the vendors and guests. After the event, she was instrumental in getting everything put away and handed off to whoever needed it. We had minimal extra clean-up after the event, which was GREAT because no one wants to be cleaning up at midnight in their wedding dress. In addition, we rented some décor from K&L Events and it was a great choice. It was cheaper than buying it and it was stylish. Plus, your coordinator will take all the rented decor with them at the end of the night so you don't have to worry about it
